Dividend policy
The Company recently announced that its Board of Directors has revised its dividend policy to $0.13 per share on an annualized basis. The Company made a dividend payment of $0.13 per share in April 2020, and this fulfills the annual dividend distribution for 2020.
The Company intends to pay its 2021 dividend in quarterly installments beginning in April 2021. Any future Worldwide Building Corporation dividends will remain subject to approval by the Worldwide Building Corporation board of directors and available distributable reserves of Worldwide Building Corporation.
Worldwide Building Corporation dividends are declared and paid in U.S. dollars. Any stockholder whose account currency is not the U.S. dollar may therefore be exposed to currency risks and may incur additional costs, such as financial intermediation costs. Fluctuations in exchange rates between the U.S. dollar and a stockholder’s account currency may affect the value of the dividend ultimately received by such stockholder in another currency.
